With the exception of GUM & MCO, all of the junior 737 CA’s for Nov are about 13500.

GUM doesn’t have a number that provides any real information. MCO is around 12200.

Do you mean finished with training or promised a spot in 12 months when they finish probation?

In terms of outlook
CLE/IAH - full and will probably trend senior
GUM - idiosyncratic depending who feels like leaving
LAS - junior but not growing
MCO/TPA - not junior but growing
DEN/SFO/ORD/EWR - junior and growing
Othe hubs - junior, not growing

At the age of 45, would I have a good chance of getting the A320 at either IAH or ORD?

You would likely be in the top 5 of your class. Getting 320 IAH or ORD would would depend on if they are offered to your class. You can expect that there will continue to be NB offerings in coastal bases and IAH. I would not bet on ORD being a frequent offering. If ORD is where you want to be, bid for the easiest commute and wait.

Don't worry about the base. That's easy to swap.

A320 vs 737 is hard to predict. Sometimes there are very few Airbus slots. 45 will be on the older side but not reliably oldest. If you get 737 ... you're either on that for two years or moving to something bigger (or to A320 CA).

You'll be fairly senior in your class. Top 10 for sure.

median age now a days is probably 32-35. The bottom 15-20 are usually under 30 now
