Flow? …. Lol

I think it was Nocella who said the growth would provide jobs for regional pilots - who would largely come from Aviate. Are AW and CA part of Aviate?

There is a difference in jobs being filled and jobs being available. It should be interesting to see how this shakes out. I hope those in Aviate get to come over sooner due to this (providing they meet the requirements). AW and CA are both Aviate and both ALPA. SkyWest isn’t in Aviate, nor are they a member of ALPA. Their pilots affected by the retirement of the CRJ won’t qualify for the clause in our CBA giving preferential hiring to ALPA pilots affected by furlough or termination of their company.

Good news! Hearing of some Decile 2 and a few Decile 3 people getting July 27 class dates. Anyone else hear of Aviate pilots getting class dates? Which Deciles? Can this mean the damn has broken? Hoping this continues. Good luck to all those waiting for the call.

Does United hire with only Associates or is it minimum bachelors only?

I’m not on the hiring team but from my understanding it’s the 4 year degree they are looking for. If you have lots of leadership experience such as LCA work, management work with your union, or something in the military that would set you apart, that can SOMETIMES be enough to get you an interview without the 4 year.

Is that person XJT by chance? 2nd decile here and no news yet.

I also heard that 2nd decile Mesa are getting CJOs.

I'm worried that the fact that we (XJT group) apparently don't have an "Aviate Administrator" could be hurting us.
