Most if not all of the uax carriers are understaffed. So instead of canniblizing themselves, Ua has put a preference on OTS hires . Most aviate guys have been waiting since 2019. If another offer comes up you would be crazy not to take it . Aviate guys might be another year or so or longer before moving on. |

Dude/ette? Is just plain ungrateful…(Aviate/CPP is not a right to come to United - Just AN OPPORTUNITY) but according to him/her has an interview with Delta. Hopefully they take the risk, so we won’t have to.
