That's where we are at in this country. For political points we would rather listen to the crazy person instead of seeing reason.
There are few times in history the masses have been right. These days conspiracy theories are just becoming spoiler alerts. Those same “credible sources” were calling the lab leak theory “crack pot” barely 12 months ago.

this is to big to just look the other way and pretend it’s all a big conspiracy and such. We need to get to the bottom of this and find out exactly what happened and prevent this from ever happening again. Lab leak, wild bats or aliens….

The concerning things to me are: I can possibly spread the virus while vaccinated to my family and that there are Indonesian health professionals dying from a version of the vaccine distributed by China. WTF is going on with all of this? If this trend continues with other vaccines and our health professionals start passing away from this then we will have serious issues with staffing at hospitals. It’s seems to me that there will not be an end to this no matter how much we comply. If we don’t comply they’ll just lock us down again

I can’t argue with that, seems pretty true to me as well. I will say that, for me and the posts I’ve made, I have never claimed to be an “expert” on anything medical (except maybe prehospital EMS). However, I read as many journals and articles, watch interviews, and get as much information as I can get so I can then make an assessment. Once I gather the information, especially when there is conflicting information, one needs to use their critical thinking skills and discriminate to find out what you believe is true. I know what “side” of this argument I’m on.

no. Covid is still killing people. Sinovac efficacy is poor.

“What is the difference between efficacy and effectiveness? Efficacy is the degree to which a vaccine prevents disease, and possibly also transmission, under ideal and controlled circumstances - comparing a vaccinated group with a placebo group. Effectiveness meanwhile refers to how well it performs in the real world.”
