Is United allowing religious exemptions to new hires for the vaccine?

Literally just find bible verses to back your claim. The religious exemption is presumably based on the 1964 civil rights act, so it's federal law. Federal law is prohibited from respecting any particular religion by the first amendment, so saying you have to be part of a large church to use the religious exemption can't possibly be a constitutional interpretation of the 1964 law.

The inevitable just happened… The MEC just sent a comm out explaining that United is now mandating employees to get vaccinated. This’ll be interesting to see how the anti-vaxors handle this action by the Company.

I personally think people should get vaccinated but how quickly people have gotten behind “forced vaccinations” is terrifying.

No one will be forced to get the vaccine. They WILL have to make a choice now that's its a condition of employment.
