That was the joke. 61 pages of speculation and the only ones that actually know anything aren’t posting here. We’ll know what is in it when it is time for us to know, but until then, people getting worked up about something we know nothing about is entertaining. APC is good for a laugh, gossip, and sound financial advice, but facts just get in the way of a good rant and have no place here.

Those are rookie numbers. Over on the double-breasted forum, we have 60 pages just about Miatas. If we ever get an AIP, we’ll easily get to triple digits of speculation before it comes out.

Again, I say BS. The only people who buy into that “we’re the best” stuff are management dorks. Every line guy I know from UA, DL, AA, SW, UPS, FDX all know we’re cut from the same cloth. We all snicker at that nonsense. You gotta be pretty insecure if you let some dumb banner hanging in Flt ops bother you. Anyway, these aren’t just rumors They’re leaks from a rep. Now, we can discuss whether or not he should have leaked the info(the correct answer is shouldn’t, although I’m glad he did) but the leaked pay rates are enough to start a conversation.

Then…..where are the BOOMjet rates on that screenshot? Wouldn’t the new AIP have rates for that?

For MOST of my career, the leaks were always accurate. Time after time. You, of course, may choose to believe what you wish. Rainbows, full Retro, QOL gains, the whole nut. But when the AIP is published you may look like a schmuck.

Wallach stood in the cockpit way back when and told us to our faces that the leaks were all BullSchidt and that the contract the MEC had proposed was "industry-leading. It's all there" His exact words. I didn't believe him then. I don't believe them now, especially after what the ToddFord wives delivered. Skepticism is healthy. Keeps them honest.

IME leaks have always been pretty accurate....but incomplete. They ALWAYS have some political motivation behind the content and timing. Why no leaks on scope? On sick leave/LTD? On vacation and training pay?

This leak is pretty anemic in comparison to previous AIP leaks.

Those in charge control the leaks. You'll have to ask them.

Why? They're going to be flown by MESA.

LOL! I don’t care who you are, that’s funny right there. I can see the promotional posters now: “ From CFI to right seat of a supersonic jet”. Maybe that’ll help with the pilot shortage!

The current leaks are an attempt to frame the agreement as economically weak and enevenly distrubuted among the pilots. I doubt that 'those in charge' are the source.

We should be expecting significant improvements in scope, ltd, sl, scheduling, vacation pay, training pay, etc... The lack of leaks in those areas (especially scope) is meaningful.
