Anyone figure out where to put volunteer work? Wish there was a way to see if you did everthing right or totaled your flight time like airline apps or pilot credentials.

Yes. It didn't give me a certification code, which it requires to let me log back in. It did give me an authentication code, however, after I submitted the new app on Tuesday.

I've emailed the help desk and waiting for a response back. This new system is pretty janky.

Glad I'm not the only one....I spent a lot of time re-doing this whole application and I thought it was all dumped. Hopefully the "helpdesk" is able to figure it out.

For the certification entry box at log in, use your airman certificate number.

Where is this help desk you speak of? The generic "Contact Us" on the Aviate website?

So I just got an email from United via airline apps to take the assessment. I haven’t yet filled out the new app, but did have it in at airline apps. Do I just proceed normally?
