I have 3 times the experience, 121 TPIC and I can't get a call.

The selection process is a mystery to me.

Got an answer from the company regarding CFI time. They do NOT want it included with total time. They said leave it as instructor time and they will add everything up on their end

So they want it separately from pic time? Like in airlineapps. Even though it's technically pic time.

Nice they were careful to let us all know. But for your taking the time to resolve this and share the wealth (and thank you for doing so) I'm not sure how we would've known.

The more we learn about this new process, the less impressive it becomes. I certainly hope they value their would-be new hires more than this. For the sake of all involved and their ambitious hiring goals they need to tighten this up, quickly.

Guys, I would mimic airline apps when filling out their times. I don’t believe United would have changed the process of how they look at flight times. That would be my best advice.

It won't let me just check ATP with date, I have select an hour requirement I'm lacking under the R-ATP to get the thing to advance? But I have an ATP o I shouldn't mark any hours, argh ??? Any clues on hour to get through this?

Completely reasonable and apparently what they've done. All good. My only concern is that they should specifically state that, particularly in the case of a metric like PIC time not being tallied consistent with FARs, and even more so for the benefit of anyone who is not switching over from Airline Apps.

Summed up, I think they need to tighten up their new app site and process.
