Does probation end when they upgrade? At Delta anyone, including new hires, can bid captain, but once they upgrade they are no longer on probation due to the safety issues associated with having a captain fearful of losing his job for the slightest push back.

Appreciate the acknowledgement, but don't sell yourselves short. Be proud of the 94% NO to the Tumi TA, throwing out those reps, and the 99% strike vote.

UA exceeded DL's rates by 1%, triggering a Me-too which benefits us both to the tune of 2% total.

Apologies, I’m not a stalker, but I thought I’d seen you post about TK. I was trying to figure out the context for your AIP approval prior to reading the TA. I mean there’s a lot to like from the term sheet, don’t get me wrong. Some especially good stuff for TK.
