He knows it, and so does anyone who reads through the thread. His sudden desire to pivot and appear magnanimous aren’t fooling anyone.

If I rember correctly, they pay for alterations with the new uniform. Some of us are still the same size, some lost a bunch of weight, while others just got fatter. Order what you think that you need and if it fits or can be tailored to fit, great. If it doesn't, return it and start over. Until they give you a uniform that fits properly, just keep wearing your current one. Their brand, their problem.

Here is the next set of arguments… Will the company pay me to drive to the UPS store to return it if needed? What about add pay for grabbing the box off my front porch when the new box shows up? They gonna pay me to go to an alteration shop to get the uniform tailored properly? If not I’m gonna wear that 52 short jacket and 46 short slacks over my big belly until they do… not my problem! 😱

Personally, I think we should also get paid for time spent on APC discussing work issues.

I see that you and Kergun like to use straw men to bolster a weak argument. Nice work👍🏼

You, I and several others have pointed out some common sense ways of finding your sizing so that you can order a uniform that fits. It's not that hard.

But hey, it is what it is. We have 350 pound pilots and guys who wear black sneakers and the planes still fly, so I guess it doesn't matter that much. Not something I personally subscribe to, but if people want to look awful, I suppose that's their prerogative.
No one is saying that they wouldn't waste an hour of their time. There is no time to be had. If you got an appointment, good for you. When you are short by 40k appointments company-wide, most pilots who have slim windows of availibility aren't going to get one.

Most pilots I’ve flown with haven’t even tried to make an appointment yet… don’t even have a clue where to make one. When I went in at lunch time one day it was all FAs and CSRs getting fitted… no pilots. They had me wait 15 mins for an opening and I was done 15 later… then cancelled my appt for the following week.

Edit….50 UNAVAILABLE spots. Good luck actually getting in somewhere.
Are you new?

He knows, but is intentionally being obtuse. He came at our pilot group with insults from the first post in the thread. Now he’s trying to appear magnanimous since nearly everyone has called out his BS. This is a math problem, as has been explained over and over.
