How much additional training does it take to get a master caution read "R ENG OIL PRESS LOW" and then refer to a checklist with that exact same title?

I think we all know why the Max's don't have an EICAS. SW wouldn't be able to fly a common type.....and didn't want one. Take another look at the overhead panel....

actually the lead pusher was American. It’s widely known but people like to push swa. Im sure swa had a role too but American pushes first.

I think the technology will be available long before the average person will accept it. Meaning until you have the vast majority of the population that grew up in AI society, it will not be widely accepted.
I’ve ridden in the Waymo (Google I think) driverless Uber/Lyft type of cars in San Fran a few times. They seem to do ok within a highly tested limited geographic areas (4 cities now I think). But getting into a pilotless airplane with all of the potential threats of being hacked.
I don’t see the average person accepting that until basically everything else in our society is done by AI. I think airline pilots will be one of these jobs being replaced by AI.
My two cents 30 - 40 years from now. Time will tell.

Really interested in UAL’s position on Max 7. The way the mega order was done a few years back it allows for a lot of mixing and matching between 7/8/9/10. When you look at some of the -700NG only flying, Key West out of 4 hubs, some deep Caribbean out of EWR, high altitude Rockies ski destinations, it seems like a necessity, especially since the A319 fleet doesn’t appear to be getting a replacement and is getting older by the minute, I’m guessing we’ll see it. That said, with 250+ A321’s descending upon UAL over the next 7-8 years, I’d say the Max 10 wont happen though.
