He didn't say no one ever crossed, just that UAL didn't scab out the airline. We had 135 scabs left in 2007 before the age 60 rule change, or about 1.8% of the pilot group. A little less now. They are treated appropriately.

I'm sure that we both can agree, having "ONE" is too many. Both sides continue to have to deal with those S-Sandwich's even as we speak today. Like you, I don't forget & look forward to the day we'll be SCAB free w/in the ranks.

From the summary on the Master scab list :
HERE IS A SUMMARY OF THE NUMBER OF SCABS FROM EACH AIRLINE:
Air North Summary AirNorth Both Scabs Listed
Australian Summary AFAP 89 85 America West & Braniff Scabs
Century Summary Century 1 Scab Identified Thus Far
Continental Summary CAL 83 2,019 Scabs listed
Eastern Summary EAL 89 2,255 Scabs Listed
National Summary NAL 48 101 Scabs listed out of 167 total
Northwest Summary NWA 78 34 Scabs listed
Pan American Summary PAA 85 139 Scabs listed
Prinair Summary Prinair 2 Scabs listed
Rio Airways Summary RIO 76 43 Scabs listed
Southern Summary SOU 60 205 Scabs listed
TWA Summary TWA 46 2 Scabs listed
United Summary UAL 85 935 Scabs listed
Western Summary WAL 58 3 Scabs listed
Wien Air Alaska Summmary WAA 77 82 Scabs listed
Comair Summary CMR 01 3 Scabs listed
TOTAL LISTED SCABS 5,911 (Century & NAL incomplete)
Considering the number of pilots at each airline, I'd say Continental has a 4 to 1 advantage (or disadvantage).
I'm trying to get the list converted from pdf to an excel file so we can edit it for currency and then make it available for all to reference. Any techies out there have the means or know how?

Don't disagree with you, but there really is a difference in culture between the two pilot groups. Continental management seems to be used a a far more compliant pilot group. I think that the pilot group's roots and history DO have a role in shaping the group's ethos.

Congratulations on your wonderful ethos. Strange that it certainly doesn't seem to have gotten you very far. Both groups have a lock on the crappiest contracts in the industry and now share the most deluded, incompetent management since, well, Tilton and your worried about which group has the most scabs. Get over yourself. You suck. So do we. Counting scabs from nearly 30 years ago will do nothing to alleviate that.
