Anyone have an idea if the online assesment will strictly be a personality thing or technical mixed in as well ?

During the 07' hiring process, there were no technical questions until the day of the interview.

I don't think they all have to be internal either. I had a buddy at Mesaba who's an APD check airman write one. That's gotta look good too right??

The Hogan personality test just ask those questions about your background and personality, no tech stuff.

Do you not have any internals at UAL? Your APD friends letter is good to have, but keep in mind alot of guys are packing letters of rec from UA chief pilots and check airmen that are likey buddy buddy with the guys responsible for who gets called.

Yeah I have 6 recs total so far. 5 are internal.
