Guam is not junior. Although they might need a pilot or two from time to time. It's too small to be junior.

EWR and IAH are equally junior because they are large bases with lots of flying.

Where does IAD fall into the bases as far as seniority?

Did you read the topic header? L-CAL doesn't have a domicile in Washington. That's the L-UAL side of the house. However, if L-CAL does try to open a DCA domicile, I'm sure it will be just like ORD & DEN where the CAL folks will be sprinting from their lovely IAH and EWR Valhallas. To add to melee, there are more than a few UAL folks wearing L-CAL colors who would rather enjoy not commuting to Newark.

So the UAL 756/a320 bids in IAH went unfilled?
I know, it's much easier to slam CAL than to keep your mouth shut.

As usual and right on cue.... completely ignoring my point.
There are UAL pilots that bid IAH, both on the a320/b756.

That's funny. All the UAL pilots out in PA by me are drooling over EWR flying. Half the distance than Kennedy.

Good for them. Those of us in the mid-Atlantic want to keep our cars off of blocks when our tires get stolen at the showcase hub of Continental. I'm being told the hub is 80% commuter. You tell me if this is an indicator of what a classy location EWR really is. Fuggetaboutit.
