Upon signing the TA, everyone is immediately going to their new rate of pay except for the twice furloughed United pilots flying for CAL, why do you suppose that is? We are being asked to vote for a contract and yet we are the only group of pilots that have no idea what our rate of pay will be in 6 months after the SLI. Have you ever heard of pilots voting for a contract and not knowing what they are going to be paid?
Can't find it anywhere in the T/A....also have been asking around and no answers!

The UAL MEC has failed us.

I am guessing everyone else with an app on Airline Apps got the email, and selected United as a job target, got the email saying to make sure the app was updated recently?

Just got that email a minute or two ago. Hopefully things pick up soon!

Received that email as well.

My theory is that UCon is starting to look at apps and they noticed that many who applied early (before the seniority/hiring questions were added) had not completed the addendum.

I think it is a heads up, to make sure apps are updated as they are going ot start with off the street interview selections very soon.

FBN-- or anyone, has the interview process been finalized? If so, any idea what the basic format will be for the genuine new hires?

Application question. I recently got my 737 type, should I include that when the addendum asks what two aircraft I've flown recently? Obviously it was all sim time, and I did not put it in my logbook.

I think that depends on the definition of what flown is.

But being an application, I think the conservative approach is always best. They should see that you have the 737 type, why tempt fate by claiming that you have "flown" it?

No. I wouldn't include it.

Maybe include it on the hours grid? 737 but have zero hours flight time but x hours of sim time?

Thanks guys, I've listed it otherwise on my application. I just wanted to confirm my suspicion, because I have not actually 'flown' it.
