Thanks for the update MPA

Are they calling on different days now? Historically it seemed like they called on Monday and Tuesday for the class that is roughly 30 days out. Don't get me wrong I would rather they call earlier than later. I was planning on staring at my phone on the 19th and 20th but may have to add 15th and 16th to the list also?

I do not know why they are calling early this time....source did not say. I would "guess" with a holiday and 24 folks needing to get thru IAH prior to class start HR asked for extra time but ONLY a guess. Hard to say if this is a trend or not.

Things seem to be changing (for the better) in a rapid way at the Training Center over the past 2 weeks. I have been hearing indications from several folks of MAJOR increases in "thru-put" all the way to the end of the year.

At the end of last year we were hearing all kinds of rumors that they intended to run 50+ every month for the 2014 year....well from what everyone is telling me they are finally starting to ramp up to that level and sustain it. Good news for everyone!

For the folks out there seeking an interview: If all this holds true - do not be disappointed if you do not get a call for the 2 weeks of June - again if this holds true - GET READY, it sounds like September and beyond will be full interviews again.

Of course - "It's all subject to change".

SSN = Low Middle High Very High.

Poolies are grouped by interview week and then prioritized into class by SSNs...once you get to class seniority is based on birth date

Relative rank of last 4 of SSN. This is how UAL sorts interviewees within their interview week when calling for class dates. L - low, M - medium, etc.

So MPA...what are we going to do when you start class next month?? You can't leave us hanging! Maybe work the list until the last of the current poolies gets close.

BTW, I liked when you had the "pool line numbers" or relative position in the pool for all the weeks.

Any rational for the difference in these numbers? Is it your best guesstamate at those that took other jobs or will defer or just to see how close you were when its all said and done? Good estimate! Thanks for all you've done! You've kept us motivated!

I am glad it has helped! Look at it this way...since I am on Terminal Leave going into mil retirement this is you tax dollars at work since March.

I will keep it running until either I start class or someone offers to take over.

I am not so sure I will make the 17 June class, my "math" has me on the bubble. I think I will either make it or miss it by a couple.

Pool Line Numbers - These are based on a combo of "intel" from poolies and the monthly Poolie emails from UAL. Lately the email has not had projections so it is soley based on intel. It does look like the 15 July class should finish off up to 14 Nov week interviews, beyond that intel is limited.

Number in the pool - UAL Offical number is from Poolie email. "Number still swimming" is based on UAL number corrected for known/intel folks who went to another major. That number is getting a little tuffer as well. Best estimate is ~113...I know for a fact there is one who is between you and me on the list that has started training at a legacy and there are a few deferred to the end.

Newhires are going to EWR. Last couple of classes are bus and 76T. That will change to 737 and 76T in the next class or 2.

Good luck.

I think with the new bid that just got awarded the 76T is no longer a new hire aircraft 52 out of 100 spots were awarded. They never needed 100 more FOs in EWR 76T they just posted that number and it got filled.

There are only 37 CAs left in EWR 76T.....no need for 200 FOs. My prediction is all 737 for the summer with a spattering of 320.
