CV says he expects a 3-4mo gap post-SLI before off-street classes start again in ernest.
I cannon-balled into the pool several months ago. Had an early invite as an '08 pollie but had to defer class to finish final 10 mos of AF career. 136 days and counting...

Just to add a positive note.. I'm a new hire in training and honestly I have never been treated so well by a company! everyone has been absolutely amazing.. And the training is way above industry standard!! You all will absolutely love the new culture..

Dude,

Not sure where you have trained within the industry before, but this is not even close to being above standard...unless things have drastically changed within the last 12 months...which I doubt.

Thanks for the sentiments Shrek & CRJ. Glad your experience has been positive and appreciate your enthusiasm CRJ. I'll only have many episodes of AF training to contrast with...I'm sure it'll be interesting.

Awfully quiet in here. Is anyone reading anything to get ahead on training? I know I should just be enjoying this quiet summer but I'm anxious to get going.
