Probably as simple as when they get around to hitting "send"! lol, They do seem pretty busy these days...

Aero Crew Solutions has created a FREE pilot hiring magazine called Aero Crew News. Every month we try to spotlight a major airline and a regional airline. United Airlines and Air Wisconsin are our spotlight airlines for the month of August.

To read the magazine article visit: Aero Crew News You can also subscribe to the magazine for free if you wish.

To read the PDF version for August visit: www.aerocrewnews.us/acn/08-ACN-Aug-2015.pdf

We would also like to announce our Newsstand App for iOS devices. Download our App from the App Store.

I seem to remember reading a post on the APC forums with a link to a website that helps prepare people for Hogan-style tests. I've used the search function to no-avail. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and have a link, or is my memory spoofing me? Perhaps a better question: Any point studying for the Hogan?

Thanks!

I did no studying at all, and did my hogan test while I binge watched Master Chef. Just answer honestly, if the question says "do you hate cats" just answer truthfully. If it asks if you hate some people, answer truthfully.

here s one:
https://www.testprep-online.com/hogan-hpi.aspx

just google "hogan test prep" and you will find several

keep in mind Hogan will custom tailor the test for what traits the company is looking for, so online test will probably be different unless you know what United is looking for

So looking over my app looks like some of the information I updated didn't stick, and I am interviewing soon, if I update it now will it reprint for them or do I have to send them the changes. Just an update on time and I am starting a new job I wanted to put that on there. Just don't want too many red ink changes for the actual interview. They gave me the hogan test a week after putting in my two week so I wouldn't be changing jobs if I haven't already quit. Thanks for the help guy and good luck to all

They print your app 3 to 4 days prior to your interview so any changes you make before then will get put into the system before they print it.

They'll pull your app a day or two before you interview (Friday if you interview on a Monday) so any updates will be on there. You'll have a chance to sit down and go over it again when you show up and make any changes as well before you actually sign it.

I found that one and a couple others via Google. From what I've gathered it doesn't sound worthwhile to prep for the reason you mentioned.

Thanks!

What's the typical time line from Hogan to TBNT?
