I'm guessing from not seeing anything posted on here there isn't but had to ask.
I think he was answering the question above.

As for LORs , BK said at the OBAP conference that they can come from anyone that knows you well.

Airbus right now is faster to ORD, but 737 is starting to see newer people. I got to ORD in 11 months from completion of IOE on the 737....or 13 months from being hired. For October I was 3 from the bottom of the category, November about 14 from the bottom, and January I will have 32 below me. It's starting to come down from that and faster now. That being said, the 737 had 0 unfilled on the last vacancy so not possible right off the bat as a new hire.

I'm a JUN2015 hire on the A320 and I already got activated for ORD for DEC. It would have been NOV but I did not bid ORD in that particular vacancy bid.

I am a new hire about to start my first IOE trip on the 737 and was awarded ORD in the last vacancy. Another new hire in my class got it on the A320 as well.

"A hold has been placed on Chief Pilot recommendations through the end of this year. Starting next year, each Chief Pilot will get to select up to 24 candidates per calendar year that they would like to place in the recommendation pool. You can continue to request candidate meet-and-greet meetings in 2016 to potentially obtain one of their 24 recommendations."

APC do you know if that pertains to those already recommended?

I'm going to bump this one because I also have a CP recommendation from Feb 15. Also, would that rec be affected by his retirement from UAL?
