Looks like a bit over 60 76T pilots took bids to something else. More than the last few bids, but still not enough to stop the displacement carnage this fall.

It has at least delayed them for one to two more months. If bid 14-12 comes out and we see another 40 to 50 76T guys bidding off they might be able to make it till next fall with out bumps.

Not going to happen. There are going to be bumps this fall.

Please let there be bumps so this L-CAL guy can get a paid move to the west coast for a 787 slot.

Can't you just bid it? There seem to have been vacancies each month that go pretty junior.

Why bid it when he can get a paid move with a bump? Paid move to the west coast will be worth lots of $$.

What situation do you see a L-CAL guy getting a bump? Short of a base closing, I don't see it.

Junior Denver 737 Captain could be looking for a new seat...unless they are willing to overstaff a base.

Everyone gets a paid move right now. It's called the Merger move and it's in effect until Sept, 2014. Also, if you have a seat lock, that is removed for the 787 SFO domicile. So bid it and enjoy your paid move. Just because there will be bumps on the 756, it doesn't mean that there will be secondary bumps.

Don't you think they'll accept over staffing in a growing base, fleet and expensive seat.
