On short notice we have days where all standby pass travel is in inverse DOH order, so the only people left behind are the really senior ones. We disallow vacation passes on these days as well so nobody can abrogate the "inverse seniority day" of pass travel.

I disagree. The negative is a moderate pay raise and no other improvement. With record profits? Getting less than we deserve is definitely a negative. We should be swinging for the moon. This is not enough in my opinion. I expected more pay, remember, they came to us. I also expected improvements in reserve.

I never said I thought it would pass. I think most line holders don't care about reserves, and some on reserve like it (me).
I like unused SC's. I never fly on them, and I get an hour of pay. Bring em on.
I would also vote "no" if I knew I was giving up money to make commuting to reserve better.
I get one vote, as does everyone else. We add them up in the end, and the majority rules.
And no matter what we have, a few percent will complain. And those few percent will be vocal on these forums, 9 out of ten times. The 9 out of 10 that are satisfied, don't come here and voice their opinion.
It seems about 50/50 between yes and no. From what I have seen in the past, I think it will be an overwhelming majority that passes this TA if it comes to a vote. Maybe >75%.

What is there to improve? You have 12 hour call out and 4 hour call out. When I got hired we were on duty 7 days in a row 24 hours with a 3 hour call out!!! Jesus you guys are spoiled !!! I'm not giving up 16% so you can sit in your ass at home in reserve and get a 24 hour call out. Wake up!

I know they are a lot better than sitting reserve 24/7 with 3 hour call out! Which I did as a new hire 25 years ago. So again, why don't you get a clue and see how good you have it and quit whining
