there was a choice. stay at your RJ
you hire in as a new hire in airlines, banking, law, any profession. you suck up the long hours and ****ty schedule in weekends.
you want me sitting ****ty reserve for my first ten years and then later you want to fix it ? you are the ass

Shack !
and funny on the reverse pass priority!
maybe add netjets membership for out-of-domicile reserves who need to make a trip. spare no expense for reserves. hell I'll bid 767 Cap and sit reserve in a Lauderdale beach condo if the knucklehead junior pukes get their way on the reserve rules ⛳️

@buscappy - sounds like you got yours. That attitude in any "profession" is awful. Selfish thinking without empathy will get us nowhere in life.

When you get down in the 'crab grass' there will be disagreements on many issues, always the case.
One has to look at any 'TA' in more a general compensation sense. We could go through 10 'section 6' negotiations and still come up short, as some define it.

Where did you hear the LUAL pilots got 100%??? Still waiting for the 5% just like you. You can blame the greedy individual pilots for that one, not ALPA.
So you want to pass on a 16% pay raise to protest not getting your extra $2000 or so yet?!! Holy moly. That'll show em!! That logic fails ANY reasonableness test

yep. i got mine. had years on reserve as engineer. had years on reserve as junior cap. always had to be with few hrs of ops, 24/7. now after two and a half decades I can hold a line, and i read the guys on reserve want to sit reserve 12 hours away from the field even if it costs all 12000 pilots some pay
