That would be your former VP who tried to get cute and told the company to go fornicate itself.

I was very pleased with Emerald Coast.

Thank you gentlemen for the info! Signed up with Emerald Coast and then got a call back from Adam a couple days later. Both seem like very good resources and Adam is incredibly sincere and passionate about his work. Cheers

Anyone know where the guy who was hired in January and just quit went?

Word on the street is he returned to his previous part 91 job.

That would make three corporate hires since 2015 that have done that. I hope that does not cause HR to ignore 91 pilots going forward.

While pilots from other backgrounds have left for legacies, I would have to think HR will be somewhat skeptical of 91 pilots based on the percentages hired versus those who return.

I would think that the HR folks are smarter than to think that even three pilots represent an entire group of thousands.

I wouldn't disagree.... but how many do you hire to prove you're not wrong, when 1,000s of others are in the wings.

I will never judge an individual for making a personal decision they feel is best for their situation. But I do hate to see that in the past several months those who have quit or had training issues... were corporate people.
