I would wait until you have the mins to apply. Then, if you don't hear anything right away, be diligent about keeping your app updated on their website as you gain more experience and/or credentials.
As far as growth goes, it's steady but controlled. They try to be careful about not taking on more than they can handle in terms of fleet size - it's a difficult balancing act for a small company that's trying to grow. AirShare is definitely a good place to work with a really great pilot group. I can honestly say I enjoy going to work, mainly because of the people I get to fly with.

Does EAS provide moving expenses? I am in the uppermidwest, and nderstand I would need to move to work at EAS. Typical upgrade times both hourly and with company? I know its merit based, and of course some sort of hourly mins in type. I am considering EaS since I have enjoyed my time as a 91 corporate pilot so far. (100 hours in CE-550 as SIC, about the same in B350, 100ish TPiC in a pc12) But looking at regionals to build jet time like everyone else. Just always enjoyed corporate flying and considering all options.

As for the upgrade, the "merit" based is that you are eligible (not seat locked), have the minimum total time for the position and have no one ahead of you waiting for that same position.
There is no real "time with company" for the upgrade.
Take a serious look at EAS! Lots of great people over at EAS.

When I came to EAS they reimbursed me up to $1500. As long as you have your receipts, no receipts no dice. As far as I know they are always hiring SIC’s into the Phenom’s and King Air’s. I think management does everything they can possible not to hire street captain’s if at all possible. Sometimes the seat lock will not allow a qualified pilot to upgrade so EAS will be forced to hire a street captain.
