I understand what you're referring to, and agree - we're NOT immune.

I think a bunch of 30-40something F9ers will be riding that wave into the seniority lists vacated by those Legacy retirees. We will open contract negotiations in March 2016, and will see what level of interest Indigo has in retaining pilots by paying a competitive wage.

They strike me as a group who would be happiest if they could lower the average seniority, by any means, without regard to the intangible assets experience brings to the operation. Come for the fun coworkers and quick upgrades, but split as soon as the BBD comes along.

Legacy retirements will have a big impact on Frontier's seniority list, and hiring

Thanks for the responses. I have the 2007 contract and was trying to figure out what is what in 2015. Is there a link to a more current one that shows when these snap backs occur? I'm hoping to get on with Frontier soon.

2 leases on 319's scheduled to return this year were extended 13 months. Another lease on a 3rd 319 was extended 16 months.

I've heard there is negotiations on all but 2 of the 319s scheduled to be returned next year.

Affirm, the next few aircraft will be additionals. My GUESS would be we will see about half of the 319s remain over the next 3-4 years. How can they not when fuel is $1.50 in some stations.

BTW, the extended leases are all thru Wells Fargo. 929 which is still scheduled to be returned on 12/1/15 is thru a different lessor.

I'm surprised they are returning any at all with the potential growth they want. Isn't that what is missing is more aircraft?

Wink Snap-Back Pay "reinstatements"

As mentioned already we open up negotiations in March 2016.

SIDE NOTE: management needs to understand that these are NOT raises!
Thanks for providing the "snap-back" information, but it would also be helpful if you could provide what the "reinstated" pay rates would be for Capt.'s and F/O's on these future dates. Potential new-hires may not have a contract to reference the LOA 67 section you previously mentioned.

Thanks for helping those on the outside looking in...
