I actually read it as negative... As in the SSP won't increase by much because the company can't afford to lose any more senior CAs and check airmen right now. We'll know soon enough though.

Couldn't agree more. I had a conversation with someone moving to AA and the outlook does not seem very promising. On a side note, many pilots that I have the opportunity to talk did not come with the intention to flow to AA.

Most I've talked to really couldn't care less about flowing. There will be so many opportunities in the next 5 years that going to AAG is just one possibility.

I would rather there be no flow for anyone. Actually though, I like the SSP deal better. If you are a dummy you just get bypassed to the next guy, makes it go faster.
