Your pilots are the ones that are complaining about this. It really doesn't matter to me either way.

Is it true that you are in long, drawn out arbitration with the company and they are not following the contract? Critical pay, for instance, and your whole trip-trading thing doesn't work as it is supposed to? Plus PSA breaks reserve rules and screwed over guys on reserve left and right?

The company could displace the most junior captain qualified FOs into an upgrade slot so they should be thankful that the DECs are coming in and preventing that. We welcome pilots with a lot of experience, these FOs with barely 1000 hrs on the right seat aren't all ready for upgrade anyway.

But I will assume that my statements about the company violating several terms of your contract are true, and that you have multiple grievances filed including a few in drawn-out arbitration.

The company is not violating the reserve language. They are not upgrading because the reserve language is just plain horrible.

Dude seriously settle down on the theatrics. The very thing you are calling out, you are doing. The union rep you are talking about is just as surprised as any of us are with the company's recent betrayals. We came on here and shared it willingly too. Cujo sent out a base blast to his pilots immediately admonishing the act.

You guys try to act like the "good guys" but boy do you come a runnin when you smell blood.
