I can certainly echo the fact that no DECs will be treated poorly by the current pilots, although you will be on reserve for a while.

I'm an October hire, and I just flew a couple of legs where I was the most senior person on the flight. Capt was a long time Endeavor FO who knew his stuff. Will gladly take advantage of experience like that. Flew 60 hours in the right seat then upgraded.

The FA, well, they were the FA.

Agreed. PSA First Officers who have been on property for 1.5 years have likely already accrued their 1000 SIC hours and are eligible for upgrade. However, if you hired-in 1.5 years ago, (December 2013) you're bidding number 30 (or better) in CLT, out of 281 eligible bidders (top 10%). In Dayton, you're bidding number 9 (or better) out of 96 (top 10%). In TYS,...... you're number 6 (or better),...... out of 103 eligible bidders (top 6%).

It would be hard to give up that kind of QOL, even if you were able to bid a round one CA line.

January classes are either mostly done or in the process of finishing up. February classes have started IOE.

One of the march classes is already in ioe. This was the first one to start on the 700 vs 200. 3 months from start to finish. Big improvement from previous classes.
