It seems clear people with previous 121 are being taken first.

I think for pilots without 121, they may be starting 12/22.

You mean that you have had new hires sitting at home waiting for IOE for 5 months? Wow. Just wow. That is absolutely insane to me.

Weren't you in here talking about how people could come here and upgrade fast? How can you upgrade fast if you need 1000 hrs 121 time? Don't you need to, uh, you know, FLY to get thise hours.

I'm sure the prior 121 guys are loving staying at home making next to nothing, but I'm sure your real new hires aren't enjoying it one bit.
