BB is the same guy who's negotiating tactic was tell all the fo's to leave and go to endeavor. He also called LCA's scabs for sitting right seat after he scared 400 some odd pilots into leaving. We would have downgraded captains otherwise. I take anything he says with a grain of salt.

If I can remember, BB was shoving last year’s TA down everyone’s throats. He kept saying it was the best deal that they were ever going to get. After the TA was rejected, the entire negotiating committee was recalled. Then Council 51 elections came about. BB was re-elected and JR registered a protest over the campaigning and how the election was handled. ALPA national upheld the protest and called for a redo in the elections. BB was voted out and was very bitter over it and still remained very bitter about it. That’s why he’s running around on line telling everyone they should vote no. It had nothing to do with the FAs or Mechanics, who just voted down their TA.
BB had just three years left until retirement and was counting down. I liked BB, but it sounds like he turned into a bitter crusty old man who is angry because his ego was crushed.

That was me being sarcastic. You certainly weren't meant to be a lawyer so I can only hope your flying skills are a little better. I'm pretty sure I have an idea of where your personality level is.

Technically every airline that negotiates has an opportunity to set an industry standard. That doesn't mean that is always done or our responsibility. We can only move forward as much as the company is willing to spend. There is NO way to force them to offer more right now.

Fyi, never said I was a lawyer or wanted to be one and no one never has a problem with my personality or airmanship skills.
Thank You very much

Yea that's not how it works. You haven't been here long enough to go through the last two failed attempts. What makes you so sure they will offer more?
