When you have 6 hours of block on a 12 hour day with 6 hours of sitting around it pays the same rig or not. That’s the guys point. Wasted time sitting around.

This is a joke of TA at the 3rd after the better part of a decade negotiating. More gray language and minimal pay raise without any other benefits other regionals have. Half the highlights include “retaining current book” on an already concessionary contract. Doesn’t sound like a gain to be stuck with for another decade if you find yourself here for that long. The economy can change overnight you may not find yourself at a mainline carrier as soon as you think.
