Not even close. I'm in between 320 and 340, and I'm a Summer 2018 hire.

Are we talking DOH furloughs or DOH downgrades?

edit- my bad, we were talking furloughs, not downgrades. Napkin math says mid 2017.

I was just talking pure seniority numbers. I'm not sure about downgrades, but between 2015 and 2016 sounds right. As to furloughs it's way too early to tell. Anyone who says otherwise has some kind of insane crystal ball. Have a backup plan obviously, but no one can possibly know at this point.

Personally I think this is a worst case scenario plan and hopefully by July or August when many states plan on reopening the vacancy will be revised.

Hoping for the best, planning for the worst at this point.

I'm not at AWA anymore. My post was trying to help the person that said the seniority list doesn't have DOH on it.

Agreed. I'd expect a partial recovery by the fall. TSA passenger clearance has been increasing over time. The upward trend is undeniable. At the very least it will reduce the amount of expected furloughs

Well, the last time they downgraded and furloughed they were junior manning every day because they furloughed too many. I fully expect the same thing to happen this time. I hope I’m wrong but this company hasn’t improved the management structure much in the past decade and a half so I doubt this time will be much different.

They also hired a Chief pilot while we had pilots on furlough.

With Captain Bob at the helm, you guys are fine. He’s easily the greatest management pilot alive. He told me as much when he was trying to talk this toothless reservation fatty into a night she (?) would never forget. The bartender at Cleos seemed concerned.

Can anyone speak to when they got the second half of their sign on bonus (i.e. $10K)? The bonus contract makes it pretty vague. I would imagine, if furloughs happen, quite a few people will not get their bonuses on time.
