Most of the rumors I've heard are holding true.

Would someone mind posting the contents of the e-mail and/or the bullet points of the TA?

from my quick run through. Some much needed work rule improvements but an increase to health insurance premiums to 27%. Implemented a training pay for new hires until the completion of OE for the love of God why do we insist on selling out new hires. Small per diem increase and for some reason Canada still isn't considered international. no pay increases except first year to be $30 /hr after IOE and we keep the 1.5% COLA. I need to go through in better detail, but so far I think we can and should do much better.

  • Date of hire flow to the airline of our choice
  • 747/777 rates
  • Free insurance
  • Suite accommodations for all captains, along with private limo pickup

You know, the usual stuff.

No, I'm not posting the e-mail with the details.

Hiring anyone with a heartbeat like every other regional

3-6 months

You can bid them out of ATW but expect to be on reserve longer.

How long is airport reserve now, 8, 10, or 12 hours?
