I was up in toon town a few weeks ago and went downstairs to see how big the class was. 6. Better than the 1 and 2 weve been getting the past year but still not even enough to counter attrition.

I will be starting soon, 15 accepted in ORD on the 2nd of June, hope all will show for training. Herd 2 classes a month w/t 12 peeps, until a new contract for sim time and than an additional 12 for a total of 24 in each class. I think a class started yesterday on the 12th. That was the earliest class date we could get for interviews at the end of May beginning of June.

I am starting to apply to the Regionals in a couple weeks (will meet my ATP mins by end of summer) and Air Wisconsin wasn't even on my radar until the news of the contract. My number one priority is to go to a Regional where I can get ORD almost right away. Now with Air Wisconsin opening ORD and with the bonus it is impossible not to put it near the top of the list. My biggest fear is going to Air Wisconsin and somehow this United deal falls apart and I am stuck commuting.

I doubt that will happen.
