Our contract is right in line with Compass, Mesa and SkyWest. And it's a ton better then Republic's. Go get a better contract then I'll listen to you.

Mesa?? A Mesa guy just told me he got 2hrs pay to DH back from Amsterdam... (His upgrade sim) hope your contracts better then that!!

Yes our contract is much better then Mesa.

Who gives a crap? Really?? There's a big difference between working for a company that has a good working contract compared to one that doesn't.

If you feel your time is money then you go to one that has good work rules. If you don't want to get paid for you time then go to Republic.

I will agree however that all the regionals suck, some just worse.

Envoy I hope keeps there 145's.
Yes I am aware of that but you are getting 30 them anyway starting in June 2015 and they are not coming from Envoy, your 175s will start to show up in 2016. There are hundreds of cheap 145s on the market right now, United is parking 100 over the next 18 months. Your 145s will start replacing AWAC CRJs as they come off contract. I didn't say anyone would like this but it is the current plan.

Well that might be a possibility but we haven't heard a thing yet. And if a 145 is going to show up in June then our Training Dept. better get going on a 145 program.

Doesn't seem like 8 months is enough time unless they start NOW.
