$30mil/month?!?! Not saying you're wrong, I think I just need to see that broken down. I guess they don't have plans of being able to spool up quickly anymore?

Also, they can't want it that bad if they aren't willing to offer early outs. I know you said demand is low, but how could anyone possibly know what it is unless there is something to actually see and act on. I'm being told the union is pushing for early outs.

This industry can just blow at times. Sorry, I meant 3 million a month. Yes, they don’t see a snap back anytime soon. A slow recovery is what they are banking on. That is 385 approximate reductions.

I was getting my private on Black Monday in 87. And with the exception collectively of around 12 years, it’s mostly blown. Essential Employee.... till you’re not. Pretty good slogan for my career.

Easy math. Who costs more? We’ll mostly be replaced by SkyWest 175s

Why would anyone take an unpaid month leave when you can take a 50 hr paid leave for the month anyway?

You wouldn’t it’s worthless window dressing, like yesterday’s video conference saying how much they care about their employees and all their emails praising us for being great leaders give me a break. I’d prefer they had the stones to just come out and say, we are about making money and if this present situation persists through the summer one third or more of you are out of a job in October, sorry.

Anyone know how many, including the people that just started class are on the seniority list? I know that there were a lot of people that left in January, 15 FO's I think.

I had a deadhead and the FO was on OE. Seniority number 3045 or so. I can’t imagine it goes much more than that.
