Still mainline flights coming through, but no pilot base. LAX would then become crazy senior. Even the last bid SEA CA went junior to LAX. If you close out both SF and LA 320, Boeing LAX will become the most senior base for holding a position.

I think because the most junior people get furloughed first it would actually save more than 333 jobs since they are lower on the pay scale. So I would think yes.....1000 peeps on incentive lines saves more than 333 jobs logically speaking. But again who knows how many butts they need in seats given how dynamic the situation is.

I can never ever ever be right, in fact I am always wrong. I have stopped posting as I was asked by a union leader to back off and give them time... I respect this individual a lot, so this is what I am choosing to do. Nothing has changed 750-1000 Is the needed number for the fall... Nothing new here, I told everyone we needed approximately 1900 pilots for the fall, 2400 for the summer. I dropped the nutz months ago, and nothing has changed. Remember how long ago I posted this, I know a clock is right 2x a day... Always wrong, I know, I know...
Single fleet is done... I know, I am always wrong... looks like fall of 2022 we will have ZERO Airbus in our fleet. This is no news to Shyguy or newguy, I apologize for posting. Back to the regular guys posting nonsense, guesses, stupidity, dreams, delusions, and hallucinations.

 

Personally, I’d be pretty embarrassed and also concerned for a lot of reasons if the union was calling me out in person and also during communications as well.

We should all be embarrassed. I think its very telling the union knows this guy/gal, contacts this individual, briefs them on whatever and still this nonsense persists. Pathetic that this person mouths off on this forum in the fashion they do and equally the union seemingly has no recourse.

I mean in the end who in world gives a flip what this person has to say.
