Fact remains no matter how good the contract can be at a LCC/Major/smaller legacy, the seniority movement, widebody fleet type, and bases of the big 3 are not something an airline like AS or B6 can deliver on.

I'm astonished how you routinely feel like you are in the collective minds of 250,000 licensed pilots.

Not every pilot has SJS. Not every pilot needs an east coast base.

Maybe some pilots want a place that doesn't run them ragged and where you won't be written up for grabbing a soda.

The arrogance to constantly assume the motivations of the pilots, management, and even the NMB is staggering.

Shy, don’t try and obfuscate the truth. There is only one airline who’s pilots are leaving in droves. It is a west coast super regional. It is the worst of the worst, I can feel it with all my heart. No one would ever leave SWA, Spirit, JetBlue, Frontier, and Sunny. I mean those are all quality airlines that value and respect each and everyone of their pilots. Pilots are only leaving Alaska, because this place is insufferable. AS SUCKS, AS SUCKS, AS SUCKS!🙄🙄🙄😂

Yup… It’s about Sodas, Ragged, and Respect. It is never about BENJAMINS…. At least not for me, I am only here for the Respect! 😂😂😂

Wait. You said money wasn't an issue because you all have Real Estate / Bitcoin / Onlyfans empires.

You'd be surprised how far respect and a quality cba would go to slowing attrition. You don't know it because you've never seen it.

I never said money wasn’t an issue. I almost knocked down 500k last year punching a time clock here. You can never have enough, I am definitely here for the Benjamins… I am pretty sure I have enough, I am also positive I will never have enough. Good luck finding that balance in your own life. One day I will walk, respect will never have kept me here. The friendships, adventures, free healthcare, and those two checks a month, I will miss. If you want respect, go do something noble, make a difference, change a life… don’t punch a time clock expecting respect!

Oh, and I can assure you, I was never here for the sodas😂😂😂
