Why silent majority? Begin the card drive to decertify and implement your silent majority’s union wishes. A card drive allows for simultaneous ballot options for or against present union, different union or no union. All the provisions are there for that process, its legal and available. All it takes is for the silent majority to stand up and be counted. We did it, so could you.

This is all meaningless conversation. There is never going to be any scenario that allows for furlough or INvoluntary leaves that go outside of seniority. Never Never Never. It's not going to happen with this union, some other union, no union or any other circumstance. How would you ever look your fellow pilot in the eye? How would you look any other airline pilot in the eye.

So here we are, the company is either going to get on board with this or they can furlough. Its up to them not us. If its furlough, we have a provision in the contract that addresses reduction in force, its pretty cut and dry.

Management cherry picks airline comparisons except when it comes to things like basic industry standards such as seniority.
