If it’s a trash contract, your words not mine. Why did you come here? If indeed you are a pilot here. By accepting employment post contract you voted for this contract as well. Coming here post contract means you whole heartedly voted for and agreed it was good enough. I didn’t make that comment, however you voted for this contract in a much more emphatic manner by resigning from wherever you came from and accepting employment here.

If you were here pre-contract for more than a few years and weren't actively trying to leave, you are also part of the problem. This place was a dumpster fire. You worked for Regional wages flying trash planes with an unsafe maintenance program. You guys voted in this trash contract, with terrible language, you'll earn our respect when it’s deserved.

It's pretty sad to see elected stewards attacking a dues paying member when he proves them wrong by posting the actual KCM rules against their interpretations. What kind of mafia is this where anyone who addresses the chairman with something other than respect and admiration gets attacked by his henchmen? Can he ever be wrong? Is he a king? So many of you blindly trust a group that can't even admit when its wrong on a simple, clear cut item and instead attacks someone who points their error and its implications out. It doesn't matter that they wrote into the ETO agreement in May that it "isn't a leave", when the TSA came out with an interpretation in June that it "is a leave". TSA owns the KCM, not us. Their game, their rules. The flight attendants agreement is different because it still has them active since they can pick up trips. The ETO does not. Apples to oranges. Can't help that the TWU wrote a smarter agreement than IBT did. Then the steward who is fond of Italian handguns corrects the guys grammar. Real maturity we are dealing with here in this group. Keep pounding your chests and follow them right off the cliff.
It's also funny that they are now having a meeting after they told a certain member last week that they weren't required to have a meeting so they weren't going to have one. Chased him right off the page with deep personal attacks for daring to speak up. Then they turn around a call a meeting. Is it spite or did they realize that interpretation was wrong too? They owe him an apology.

I wonder how much he’s being paid for this? I thought the company was bleeding cash yet they happily pay lawyers to lurk on an anomalous pilot forum to sow dissent. Sad
