You're the RELEASEmaster so I figured you would know! Sorry, couldn't resist. 
In a perfect world? At the end of this month, but realistically it may be a bit later. We're going to be negotiating again at the end of Jan, but this time we will have strike vote results in hand that will make Reagan's 1984 victory look like a close call. They will have yet another opportunity to actually negotiate with us instead of whatever they've BEEN doing for the past 2 years. While we all want an agreement, I think most of us know what is really going to happen.
