I think the company knows its pretty much inevitable that they will have to concede themselves. They could either agree to the dues checkoff now and get to a CBA swiftly, or they can dig their feet in and wait until the NMB releases us. They are looking for as much time as possible and this is how they play it.
It's only a matter of time before the NMB releases us.

You would think. Everyone thought the appeals court decision was in the bag, well we all see how that turned out. I just don't trust anything to go our way. I mean really. What is our record so far 0-3. Company is obviously playing dirty and you only act so blatant arrogant when you know that you're going to win. Plus if we get a contract what will that do for the extremely poor maintenance that we will continue to have. I tried to believe in this place but I just can't anymore. Going to pull the cord and start to use my contacts to get out ASAP.

Anyone else review the pairings from June to July and notice that EVERY trip is worth less? Some by over ten minutes.

Oh give me an F'ing break. I'm reading thousands of pages on this cite trying to pull the curtain back and find out a little info. I asked a one line question that required a one line answer. In the amount of time you spent to give me the finger you could have answered me.
I can see that this industry has gotten the best of you and you are not having fun. Give a little and get a little thats what this forum stuff is all about.

Expecting to be spoon-fed the info, when it’s available within these pages? You will do great in our renowned progressive, well funded and organized; efficient training and teaching center. With ample time to learn what you will be so diligently and carefully taught, in a manner of individual caring and careful consideration for your particular needs. To which the Federal Aviation Administration has from time to time made an example of, for all the industry to reflect on.

Next bid has 23 AB Vacancies with a new Midwest Base in CVG opening up 11 slots in each AB seat. There will be a lot of hate'n going on if the locks are still enforced with such a big bid, and folks wanting to get back home, or much nearer to home. There'll likely be a giant sucking-sound in PGD as there are a lot of Midwest commuters down there, and they're transitioning to AB this summer anyway.
With the new(used) AB coming on-line, it's a crap-shoot as to what's going to be junior anymore, and in what seat, and how long to upgrade. From the rumormongoring around here, the Co. wants to expand into lots more cities, so upgrade may continue to be fairly quick...1 year or so...for some time. But, keep in mind, there are still a load of Sr FOs that have kept their powder dry until now, fearing getting TDY'd as they upgrade into a more junior end of the list. A fair amount are waiting 'till they see they're senior enough to hold a Line as CA, and be free from TDY'ing.
So in short, this place is in a state of flux now, and will be for some time as some TWA'ers are taking recalls, and others are leaving due to prolonged contract negotiations and the associated FUD. It's crazy around here lately!!
