I don’t care who you are. I will continue to post semi-proprietary little tidbits as I see fit, at times of my choosing. Facts or not. I’ll leave that to the press, faa or ntsb to investigate and uncover our dirty little secrets. Like cotter pins negligently left improperly installed(Flt.436), or MOC signing off on hydraulic systems mel’d. So on and so forth.

Is the junior upgrade really dec 2014 hire? that's like a 8-9 month upgrade. Is the attrition that high, with only 600 pilots flying, that would be about 200 attrition a year. I'm thinking of applying and trying to get a quick upgrade. XJT has no upgrade in sight.
Also, whats the QOL like there. I read a while ago that its not that good, but that was over a year ago. Is it still all day lines out of the bases? I went back about 20 pages and there was nothing about this. thanks guys. I don't know anyone there to ask

This is just the tip of the iceberg and doesn't even start with how disfunctional the operation is and the responsibility of keeping it all together falls on the shoulders of the captain. When something is missed (no matter how good you are, even the sharpest of pilots make mistakes) you will be called into LAS to have a "debrief."
This is why upgrade is short. Good luck if that is what you want. If you're planning on moving on from G4 after you get your TPIC time, be very weary. There are a lot of ways that G4 can add a blemish to your record that will prevent you from leaving to a legacy.

You walk into an ambush (VC Style), the safety department reps got all the FDR and CVR stuff. They ask questions they already have the answers to. Like when a cop tries to get you to lie. Allegiant safety department downloads all FDR and CVR information at will. No gatekeeper here baby. And do so randomly throughout the system. Like when a certain so and so was called in for landing halfway down the runway in; starts with maybe a “b” ends with "?". Yikes, come to think of it I hope they don't download the cvr from one of my airplanes, I just happened to be talkin smack about all this APC stuff I write, screen name and all.. Darn..Ya riiiight.

I can't imagine any competent CA or FO operating a revenue flight on a Ferry Permit?! DX released the flight, too?? This is the first I've heard of this...just saying...⚠️

No one is going to dig thru 400 pages of bitterness and admitted half truths. Every airline has this type of guys and you instantly are ignored. Can we let this thread die? It's the weekend at Bernie's APC party here and no one cares. Stok1, sounds like you did something stupid and got called on it. Funny, the only ones I know who have had CVRs pulled are serious issues. You don't agree with how they handled your situation and now you are on here making crap up? And I was wondering why you can't get a job anywhere else........

I have to agree. There must be more to the story. If it were true more then likely the crew would face a lifetime revocation of their certificates. I don't see anyone taking that kind of risk.
