Chances are he wanted to go a different direction than MG does. Maybe that was in negotiations, or maybe he wanted to improve maintenance because of all the bad press. Anything that costs the company money is not allowed.

This...there had to be some kind of fallout. I just hope the board is finally tiring of MG's BS. He needs to be shown the door.

I wouldn't be surprised if the FAA shuts it down in the coming weeks.

Unlikely as the entire board is made up of MG's selections. Just another issue plaguing Allegiant's hopes for improvement to our infrastructure.

Bailing out like bilge rats on a sinking trawler. From the mailroom up, everyone is hitting the bricks, whether voluntary or not. Presidents, senior VPs, VPs, directors etc., not to mention the legions of pilots, mechanics, dispatchers and flight attendants bailing. MG is the only one left! Oh wait...

no worries, any minute now someone will ask how long it will take a new hire to hold AVL and ask if it's commutable from PHX.

If you want things fixed you need to fill out ASAPs. Hard to convince anyone there is a problem with no documentation.

Take three minutes a day and pass on to the company, teamster and FAA rep at the meetings what issues you see online and in training. Otherwise don't complain if you aren't doing your part. This goes for FOs as well as Captains.

I have noticed a lot more review of ASAPs lately. They seem to be taking them seriously.

So true. Most of those guys are probably only there till a better gig comes along or they need a type, some experience. Not many that see that place as anything more than a very treacherous stepping stone.
