Another question for you guys:

When filling out the app, I uploaded my resume as asked. In that same section, can I upload a CV and LORs as well? Or does Allegiant want it strictly resume only?

I filled out the app and got the video invite the next day, only uploaded my resume, nothing additional. I would limit whatever you do to whatever is asked.

How long ago was that? Did they invite you?

I got the TBNT a few days after submitting my application online, however, when I look at my 'status' on the company career website it says, 'in process'. Not sure if that is standard or not, especially since I got the TBNT.

I pointed my friend towards Allegiant since he lost his job a couple of weeks ago. He filled out the application online and was contacted within 24 hours to setup a phone interview. He had his phone interview last Tuesday and then two days later they called him with an invite to LAS for a face to face interview. He'll be interviewing this coming week. The process was swift for him.
