How does one update their application on file? More specifically, I'd like to upload a current resume, but I don't see a way to delete the one already on file. Anyone know of a way to do so, or do they just stack up on top of each other?

Also, it appears there's no way to go back to the flight time portion of the app once it is submitted (no way to update TT), correct?

(This is in regards to their request in the email I got to periodically update my resume/app.)

I could be wrong, but I don't get the sense that Allegiant dwells much on resumes on file. They tend to react quickly and directly to what is right in front of them at the time. Since the contract, I'm sure applications are going through the roof, but my feeling is if they like you, you know right away. A resume/application (and now video apparently) turns into a phone interview a few days later, which turns into an in person interview a few days after that, which turns into a job offer on the spot. You'll probably be in class a month later.

As far as what they are looking for? My class was dominated by regional FO's and Captains with less than 1000 pic 121. Yes there were others outside of the 121 world.

If you sent your stuff in and didn't hear anything and you really want to be here, why wait around? Go to a job fair/meet and greet. You might have good luck there.

Ok, thanks for your thoughts on that!

As to the bold, yeah, I got the email saying they will be in touch (in the coming months). Hope it happens sooner, rather than later....

I heard the FA's got their bonus today. Did any pilots? No love here. Wonder if I'm especially or just as equally un-liked as my pilot brethren.

Why would any pilot expect a bonus today? We weren't part of the bonus program until Aug 1. The bonus paid was for profits through July.

It's not an interpretation; it was well defined...anyone complaining about it is just carping or part of the "I am too lazy to pick up and read the contract but such-and-such TOLD ME" crowd.

Interesting. My contract says "Pilots shall participate in the Company Profit Sharing program on the same terms as all other employees participating in the Company Profit Sharing program." Unfortunately, in the contract implementation letter of agreement in the back, it does not specify a timeline for the implementation of said profit sharing. Therefore, I thought it would be date of signing. Apparently, it's open to interpretation, although I'm not quite sure at this point what leads you to believe that we are not entitled to it.

I thought it was very clear in the roadshow that we were not participating in the profit sharing this year.
