Upper management come and go. At every company. Doubt it has any deeper meaning except he decided to move on. Or maybe had a different vision for the future than the rest of the team.

Agreed. I really liked him though, as did most everyone else. Perhaps "they" thought it would be best to bring in someone else; this company has changed so much with every year that has gone by that I feel you need to continue to adapt to succeed....looks like Jude might have been part of that adaptation strategy.

Thanks for the replies and roadshow info. Just trying to decide if I should keep going in OO on the CRJ and get my command or come over beforehand and start seniority.
If it's roughly 15 hours a month in year one, how many per month in year two?

I've been here a little less than a year and I have put 550 hours in the logbook. Mostly reserve.
