I say definitely yes if we can’t get hundreds more VPLOA takers.

It’ll take more than VPLOA. I think management is less and less willing to pay for it based of the slow down of approvals.

Something about humping and landing strips.

if you aren’t thinking/talking about humping and landing strips in this crazy year you need to get your priorities straight! :D

Yup, few years ago. Now we aren’t the best going in, or best trained on the way out. Lol

A good indicator that AA is not the same place it used to be pre-merger. I guess the change did not only come with the merger, but also with the generational shift.

Its that “flow” thing...

They took the sign down simply because it was presumptuous and corny. Who were they to say they had the best trained pilots? It was a pat on their own backs and they finally recognized that and took it down.

Delta used to have it too, years ago.

The small time 135 I used to work for had it on the wall of the room we used for indoc. We weren’t even the best trained pilots in the building.

Definitely corny.

I can tell legacy aa apart from the rest because they're the best pilots and the most fun to be around. I'll miss them on furlough </3
