It's been pretty quiet around here. Any new rumors? I'm on a three month leave so I'm missing the gossip from my usual FA and van driver sources.

The Line Forums?

Don't be shocked with certain replies from members that actually fly airplanes (and are employed by your employer).

Yeah, I don't hate myself that much. :)

I don't understand. I thought you guys said retirements and early outs would prevent furloughs? Starting to look like you guys will furlough as many as Delta and United.

Not sure who said we wouldn't furlough (of course that's always the hope!), but it's nice to see that it'll bring some joy to your life.

Delta pilots DO have that “specialness“ to them. He probably posts about how AA is going under but also says that he has friends over here and wishes us the best. Bless his heart...

I don't want to see anyone furlough. I'm not the one furloughing and I might get furloughed in the future.

American isn't going under. We know that. I did say that American, Delta, and United are all going to furlough. I said this months ago. You guys claimed because of your early outs and retirements, you wouldn't need to. You were wrong. I was right. Just call it what it is. No need to be hostile.
