The ORD reps must be close to retirement, they want a deal. I would like to say this pilot group would vote a garbage deal down but I doubt.

Unfortunately I've spoke with a few MIA CA and FOs who think it's a good deal. I disagree!

Get that third year 3% to 5%, at least a year of retro, and send it off. We need to get something in the books before the economy tanks and we rapidly start losing leverage.

Lol. Yikes. I'm glad you're willing to sell our QoL for the next 5(at least) years for 2%.

Good lord.

I’m bearish on the economy as well, but I’m willing to hold out for a great deal. If we go bankrupt everything is reset anyways, regardless of a deal we sign next month. May as well keep our current rates, let everybody else ratify their raises, have new hires bail for Delta and UAL and then we’ll have leverage, kind of exactly what happened in ‘17.

Ya can’t fix stupid. It’s a shame we have pilots like you who think so low of themselves. Oh well, hopefully this boomer is retiring soon.

Me too. No offense to new hires but several thought the 4% was good. The worst thing is some were upset some Captains were going to vote no "no matter what" as he put it.

Still a NO! No QOL improvements, 12/5/2 is a 1% higher than 10/5/3.. want to see at least 15/5/3 with continues 3% annual raise after CJA expires. Retro is no different than 6% from Jan.
